The Easy To Order Guide...

Its as simple as ABC, follow step by steps and place your order, if you have any query or would like to speak to someone then please feel free to contact us, our sales staff will be happy to deal with your enquiry:
STEP 1: Design your Artwork
This is one of the most important aspects of your order, so please follow the instructions carefully:

New Customers

If this is the first time you are placing an order then please read our FAQ section, particularly our top design tips. This will help you plan and layout your artwork in a format that will help us to design your product as closely as possibly to the finish and style required. ‘s or images as appropriate.

Disk Ready Artwork

If you are sending your artwork disk ready to go straight to manufacture then please also read our section on specifications to ensure the disk/artwork is sent in the correct format.

Returning Customers

design your artwork then simply quote the business name, address and reference number (usually printed on the product) and forward the relevant amendments. Always remember to give good clear instructions in order for our Studio to quickly return proof’s, its worth reading the FAQ section of the website.

Much like you would do with any other supplier, we too have an Order Form Procedure, its easy and simple to complete, as follows:

STEP 3: HOW TO SEND YOUR ORDER

Our website has been developed for online ordering. However, often is the case you may simply want to utilize one of the following methods for ease of use:


By Phone
Still one of the most effective forms of communication. Our Customer Care staff are ready to advise you on any matter relating to your order, so please feel free to call 01443 222219, we are open 9am till 5pm 5 days a week.


It is worth remembering that whilst we can process your order and payment, we will of course still require you to forward artwork or written mock up of your design should you require our Design Services. Please take a moment to read through our section on Design, it contains some great tips on how to effectively design your printed item.


By Fax
If you require our design services and your job is of a basic design then simply fax both your artwork and order form to 01443 226544. However, don’t forget to call the office to arrange the payment i.e. credit or debit card, cheque or directly into our account.

N.B. Artwork that contains photographs or dense text does not always fax very. If this is the case then please post any copy along with the order form, not forgetting the payment of course.


If the payment is via credit or debit card then please leave a day time contact number and upon receipt of your order we will call to take payment. Alternatively, you could simply send a cheque with the order.
